We understand that there may be times when a purchase may not meet your expectations or your needs might change. When that happens, we make completing a return simple and convenient.

 

I. Return & Exchange Time and Rules

Generally, we offer returns and/or exchanges within the first 30 days of your purchase. And we provide the full refunds for returning item.

 

II. Shipping Fee

a. If you are returning/exchanging the product due to the following reasons, we will be responsible for the shipping fee:

Product was damaged during shipping

We sent you the wrong item

The product is defective or has quality issue.

b. If you are returning/exchanging the product due to personal reasons, you will be responsible for the shipping fee. Reasons such as:

Purchased wrong item, wrong size, wrong color, etc.

Purchased too many, or no longer need it

Don’t like the product (not due to the quality), buyer’s remorse, etc.

 

III. Other After-sales Guidance

If you encounter the following situations, please contact us before applying for return or exchange, and we will solve for you as soon as possible:

a. The package was damaged during shipping

b. The appearance of the product was worn or some accessories were missing;

c. Your motorcycle model is consistent with the item listing description, but the item cannot be installed;

d. We sent the wrong item;

e. Delayed delivery;

f. Other quality issues.

When you encounter the above situations, if you can provide us with evidence such as labels, packaging, motorcycle models, product pictures, etc., we will help you solve the problem faster. Thank you for your assistance.

 

IV. Refund Time Limit and Precautions

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Please note: Once the refund is processed, you will typically receive your refund within 10 business days, although this may vary depending on your bank. If you have not received a refund yet after 10 business days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
