Installation Instructions - Required for use with the stock seat. First, remove the passenger seat to expose the two nuts, then remove the nuts and place the backrest bracket over the existing studs, then reinstall the nuts (you may have to pull up on studs if they slip down), and finally put passenger seat back on.

Fashion design - Backrest pad design with hidden zipper sewn, clean stitched, looks great.
